EPDM fire retardant

Polycomp fire retardant or flame retardant rubber compounds have distinguishing properties and offer you a solution for many applications. Obviously, no brominated or chlorinated ingredients are being used to obtain its excellent fire retardant properties, nor ingredients that contain heavy metals. Moreover, based on demand we can develop compounds in your specific color.

The compounds are being used in compression moulding, injection moulding, autoclave vulcanisation, extrusion and salt bath curing.

EPDM 70 ShA EE796S

Compound EE796S has excellent re retardant properties. It has successfully been tested to the EN45545-2 standard. Beyond that it also offers outstanding weather resistance.

EPDM 60 ShA EE698C

Keeping the excellent properties of the 70 ShA compounds, Polycomp offers also a softer version (60 ShA).
