Polycomp is well equipped to determine the (physical) properties of rubber compounds as well as vulcanized parts.
Test are carried out according to the ISO-standards, but other standards maybe applied after consultation. Chemical resistance testing, ageing and capability tests in allsorts of media as well as (hot) air can be carried out. For applications in food and pharma we perform extraction test.
When it comes to specific tests like SEM-EDX, we use our extensive network in testing laboratories and universities. Polycomp will also assist you in the analysis of damaged parts as well as moulding and processing issues. Where needed, we will advise you on the optimization of the compound or processing conditions.
