End of this year the FKM line will be installed for the production of our high performance FKM compounds.
Polycomp is currently preparing for the implementation of the new FKM mixing line. Our factory layout will be changed at the same time. Various mills and extruders are being moved and electrical facilities adjusted.
With the new mixer we are able to adjust ram pressure, mixing times and mixing temperature profiles even better. This allows us to better control our process and to further improve the quality of our high performance FKM compounds.
With this new step our production facility – specialized in the production of high performance rubber compounds– is ready for the future!
